David Harris
David Harris serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Life Insurance Company, ManhattanLife Insurance and Annuity Company and the affiliated ManhattanLife companies. He has led the organization since 1982 and over the years, he has served as Chairman of Peoples Life Insurance Company; Chairman and CEO of ManhattanLife Insurance and Annuity Company; Chairman, CEO and President of Christian Mutual Insurance Company; Chairman and CEO of Manhattan Life Insurance Company; Chairman of Western United Life Insurance Company; and Chairman of Standard Life and Casualty Insurance Company. He also founded ManhattanLife of America Insurance Company in 2021 and continues to serve as its Chairman. Under his leadership, the ManhattanLife companies have grown consistently through strong reinsurance partnerships, a diversified product portfolio and a commitment to personal customer service. David holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tyler Harris
Tyler Harris serves as President of Manhattan Life Insurance Company and ManhattanLife Insurance and Annuity Company. Since joining the Company in 2011, he has held various leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Data Analytics. His experience spans technology, operations and strategy, giving him a broad perspective on the business. Tyler holds a BA in General Business from the University of St. Thomas and an MS in Business Analytics from New York University and is an Associate of the Life Management Institute (ALMI).
John E. McGettigan
John McGettigan serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2000 and has since guided its legal strategy and compliance functions. Prior to ManhattanLife, John practiced law with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, and before that with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and the firm of McGettigan, Gill & Hargas. His career also includes experience in the banking sector, where he served as Vice President of Real Estate for First Interstate Bank of Texas from 1985 to 1992. John earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
Kent W. Lamb
Kent Lamb serves as Chief Financial Officer for ManhattanLife, a role he has held since joining the Company in 2000. He brings decades of financial leadership experience within the insurance industry, including serving as Senior Vice President and Controller at American General Annuity Insurance Company. Earlier in his career, Kent held financial reporting and controllership positions with American General, Great Southern Life Insurance Company and Philadelphia American Life Insurance Company. He earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Lee Ann Blakey
Lee Ann Blakey serves as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2004 and brings more than two decades of experience in the health insurance industry. Before joining ManhattanLife, Lee Ann worked as an independent consultant for over eight years and spent 10 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma in a variety of roles. She has earned the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation.
Todd Z. Hayden
Todd Hayden serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2010 and was appointed to his current role in 2011. Todd’s career in the insurance industry began in 1996 and includes leadership experience across sales, marketing, operations and distribution management. Prior to ManhattanLife, he served as Assistant Vice President at Sun Life Financial with oversight of its Professional Insurance Company individual voluntary business. Todd is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Marc Puzzo
Marc Puzzo serves as President of Western United Life Insurance. He joined the Company in 2003 as an Annuity Regional Sales Director and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2014 before assuming the role of President in 2017. Marc’s experience includes more than a decade with ING ReliaStar (formerly Northern Life Insurance Company), where he held senior marketing roles within the annuity division. He is a graduate of Washington State University, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) from The American College and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Marc also serves on the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner’s Life & Disability Agent/Broker Advisory Committee.
Daniel Robson
Daniel Robson serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Sales Officer for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2018 as Vice President of Sales for the Voluntary Benefits division and was promoted to Chief Sales Officer in 2019. Daniel’s background includes senior leadership roles with ING, National Financial Partners, The Boon Group and Humana, giving him broad experience across the employee benefits and insurance sectors. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
Teresa Moro
Teresa Moro serves as Senior Vice President of Investments for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2003 and brings extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Prior to ManhattanLife, Teresa served as a portfolio manager at Kanaly Trust Company and spent more than 15 years with American General and its subsidiary, Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company, where she held leadership roles in portfolio management and trading. She earned a BBA in Finance from Delta State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Teresa is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
Cid Greene
Cid Greene serves as Chief Information Officer for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2017 and was promoted to his current role in 2025. With a strong technical background, Cid focuses on optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless integration across internal and external IT systems. Before joining ManhattanLife, he spent 20 years with Hewlett-Packard as a software engineer, gaining deep experience in software development and technology leadership.
Todd Tippets
Todd Tippets serves as President of Standard Life & Casualty Insurance Company. He joined the Company in 2021 and brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Standard Life & Casualty, Todd served as a Director at Cigna Supplemental Benefits with responsibility for the Direct-to-Consumer channel. He began his career with Cigna in 1995 and has since held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at UnitedHealthcare and Sterling Life Insurance Company (Windsor Health Group). His background spans marketing, operations, underwriting, sales, distribution management and telesales, and includes international experience in Latin America. Todd earned a BS in Microbiology from Brigham Young University and an MBA with a concentration in Health Services Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is fluent in Spanish.

Martha Boudreaux serves as Vice President of Compliance and Human Resources and Corporate Counsel for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2014, focusing on consumer claims, litigation, regulatory compliance and employment law. In 2018, she was asked to lead the Human Resources team and support employment matters related to corporate acquisitions, and she was promoted to her current role in 2021. Prior to attending law school, Martha worked in private wealth and investment consulting with Morgan Stanley, Northwestern Mutual and Clark Consulting, a former AEGON subsidiary. She earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from South Texas College of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Ryan DeMuesy serves as President of Worksite Voluntary Benefits for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2018 as Vice President of Worksite Voluntary Operations and was promoted to President in early 2019. Ryan brings more than a decade of experience in the voluntary benefits market, including leadership roles at Humana Insurance prior to joining ManhattanLife. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Walsh University and an MBA from Malone College.
Amanda Garcia
Amanda Garcia serves as Vice President of Worksite Operations and Premium Billing for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2015 as a Billing Specialist and has since held several positions of increasing responsibility before being promoted to her current role in 2022. Amanda oversees operational functions for Supplemental Health, including Individual Health and Worksite marketed products, as well as premium and billing operations. Prior to ManhattanLife, she worked as a Client Service and New Business Representative with Diaz & Associates from 2012 to 2015. Amanda earned a BBA in Marketing from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
Melissa Guillory
Melissa Guillory serves as the Vice President of FIMMAS Information Technology (VBIT) at ManhattanLife. She joined the company in 2018 as Director of IT and advanced to her current role in April 2022. With more than three decades of experience in healthcare and insurance technology, Melissa brings deep expertise in IT leadership, program management and enterprise systems to her role at ManhattanLife. Melissa began her career in 1988 with Gulf South Health Plans, a Medicare startup, and later worked as a consultant supporting other Medicare startups. She continued her career at Ochsner Health from 1998 to 2004 before joining Humana, where she served from 2004 to 2018 as Program Manager and Manager of IT for the FIMMAS Core Platform.
Geneva Harris
Geneva Harris serves as Vice President of Product Development for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2014 as a fixed income analyst and went on to hold roles as a fixed income trader, portfolio manager and Vice President of Investments. In that capacity, she led the transition of the Company’s asset management operations in-house from Goldman Sachs. Geneva was promoted to Vice President of Product Development in 2019. She earned a BS in International Relations and Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Joy Jao
Joy Jao serves as Vice President of Actuarial for ManhattanLife. She joined the Company in 2011 and brings more than 15 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry. Joy manages the Company’s financial reporting and rate filing teams and serves as ManhattanLife’s in-house actuary. She earned a BS in Mathematics and MS in Mathematics from the University of Illinois and from the University of the Philippines. Joy is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Robert La Plant
Robert La Plant serves as Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2021 as Director of IT Infrastructure and Security and was promoted to his current role in 2022. Robert has more than 35 years of experience in information technology, including over 25 years leading IT organizations across public and private companies. He earned a BBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Information Security Manager (ISACA CISM).
Kerry Lubin
Kerry Lubin serves as Vice President of Information Technology for ManhattanLife. He joined the Company in 2009 as Director of Information Technology. In his current role, Kerry manages the core business applications supporting Accident & Health and Life products, including policy administration, claims and accounting systems. Prior to ManhattanLife, Kerry served as Senior Vice President of IT at Countrywide from 1997 to 2008. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
John McVey
John McVey serves as Vice President of Sales Training and Development, a role he assumed in 2025. He leads the development and delivery of training programs that support ManhattanLife’s sales strategy and growth. John previously held several leadership roles with the Company, including Vice President of Corporate Communications and Director of Corporate Branding & Communications. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Sales Training for the Senior Market at Kanawha Insurance Company and KMG America, and as Training and Marketing Director for Voluntary Benefits. He holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Steven Miller
Steven Miller joined ManhattanLife in 2021 as Vice President of Finance, bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and strategic planning. Before joining ManhattanLife, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for a private equity firm and previously held roles in Business Development and Strategic Planning at Marathon Oil Company and as an Associate at CIBC World Markets. Steven earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Natalie Morrison
Natalie Morrison serves as Vice President of Sales and Account Management, a role she assumed in 2025. She leads the teams responsible for sales strategy and account management for ManhattanLife’s group division. Natalie joined ManhattanLife in 2018 as a National Account Executive for the Voluntary Benefits group and previously worked as a Large Group Account Executive at Humana from 2010 to 2018. She earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.
Helen O'Neill
Helen O’Neill serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Financial Products. She joined ManhattanLife in 2016 as a trader in the Investments department and was promoted to Director of Global Financial Products in 2020, Vice President in 2023 and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, Financial Products in 2025. Prior to joining the Company, she spent eight years at Morgan Stanley, holding various roles within its fixed income division, beginning in operations and progressing into interest rates sales and trading. Helen earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
David Parsons
David Parsons serves as Senior Vice President of Information Services for ManhattanLife, where he oversees the infrastructure supporting the Company’s contract applications. He joined ManhattanLife in 1996 as an Information Technology Manager and later advanced into leadership roles including Vice President before assuming his current position in 2019. Prior to joining the Company, David spent 14 years with Charter Bank, ending his tenure as Assistant Vice President of IT.
Carolyn Pratt
Carolyn Pratt serves as Vice President and Controller, having joined the Companies in 2000. She oversees accounting and finance operations and plays a key role in ensuring that acquisitions are integrated smoothly and effectively. Prior to joining ManhattanLife, she worked as an actuary and Controller for Insurance Corporation of America and Western Indemnity Insurance Company, both medical malpractice insurers. Carolyn holds a BS in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
Tom Stout
Tom Stoudt joined ManhattanLife in 2025 as Vice President of IT Data Enablement. He leads Enterprise Data Architecture, including reporting and analytics functions that support organizational decision-making. Prior to joining ManhattanLife full-time, Tom served as a contractor for the Company from 2023 to 2025 and previously held roles as an Enterprise Data Architect at ENGIE and ExxonMobil, Principal Architect at DXC Technology, Enterprise Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Developer and Tech Lead for the Texaco/Shell/Saudi Aramco Alliance. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
Bicky Tran
Bicky Tran serves as Vice President of Internal Audit. She joined the Companies in 2005 as Director of Internal Audit and was promoted to Vice President in 2014. She oversees the internal audit function and supports compliance and operational integrity across the organization. Earlier in her career, she worked with American General and its subsidiary, Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company, gaining more than two decades of experience in the health and life insurance industry. Bicky holds a BS in Accounting with a minor in Management from the University of New Orleans and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Keinya Trice
Keinya joined the Companies in 2009 as part of the Customer Service team. Over the years she has held roles across multiple operational units including Director of Life Insurance Operations, where she oversaw integration and process improvements for acquired business lines. Today, Keinya serves as Vice President of Operations Innovation, providing strategic oversight for multiple units within ManhattanLife's Acquired and Marketed product lines. Keinya earned a BS in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Central Michigan University.
Andrew Vogel
Andrew Vogel serves as Vice President of Worksite Actuarial and Underwriting. He joined ManhattanLife in 2018 as Director of Worksite Actuarial and Underwriting and moved into his current role in 2022. He oversees actuarial analysis, pricing and underwriting for ManhattanLife’s worksite business. Before joining the Company, he held actuarial roles at Humana from 2012 to 2018 and at CUNA Mutual Group from 2011 to 2012. Andrew is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and holds a BBA in Actuarial Science, Risk Management and Insurance from the Wisconsin School of Business.

Gregory Weeks Sr. serves as Vice President of National Worksite and Individual Sales, a role he assumed in 2021. A 35-year industry veteran, Gregory previously held leadership roles with Aflac and served as a partner with 19:21 Consultants, where he continues to serve on the board. He is a Registered Employee Benefit Consultant through NAHU and is a graduate of Mississippi State University.
